SAFETY
All our products unless otherwise stated are not suitable for children under 36 months. It is the resposibility of the customer to check the suitability of items for the age of the children for whom they are purchasing.We do not accept liability for injury loss or damage due to our products getting into the hands of children under 36 months.
 
PRICING
All our prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery and packaging costs.
DELIVERY
We deliver to mainland UK. We are happy to deliver to other areas, please contact us for delivery costs.
We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of order.
 
AVAILABILITY
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will contact you by e-mail or phone to advise you of the estimated time of delivery. Should you wish to cancel or change your order you can do so by e-mailing info@happygreenearth.com, your order will be revised or fully refunded.
 
REFUNDS
Our customers satisfaction is very important to us. We are happy to refund the full value of goods or exchange goods if you are not happy with the product. Simply return unwanted items within 7 days in original packaging and original condition and upon receipt we will refund amount including the delivery costs. Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. It is recommended that proof of postage is obtained from the post office.
